Step 1: The First Conversation
We start with a real conversation, not a sales pitch. Dennis Brock, the builder, talks directly with every prospective buyer. We want to understand what you're looking for, what stage of life you're in, and whether our homes and communities are actually the right fit for you.
There's no pressure and no commitment. Just a conversation.
Step 2: Choosing Your Home and Community
Once you're ready to move forward, we'll walk you through available homes and floor plans. If there's a move-in ready home that suits you, we can close quickly. If you'd like to build from a semi-custom plan — like the Meadows or Tallgrass at Diamond View Farms — we'll lock in your lot and start the customization process.
Step 3: Finish Selections
Depending on the build stage, you may be able to select paint colors, cabinet styles, countertops, flooring, and fixtures. We use a straightforward selection process — no overwhelming showrooms, no hidden upgrade traps. We'll guide you through every decision.
Step 4: Construction
We're transparent about timelines. New builds typically take 6–9 months from groundbreaking to keys. Homes already under construction move faster. We post construction updates on the community timeline so you can follow along.
Step 5: Move-In Day
