We're hosting an open walk-through of three Diamond View Farms homes on Saturday, April 27 from 10 AM to 2 PM. See a completed Tallgrass, a framed-out Meadows, and the foundation on Haven Place. RSVP through the contact form — we'll have coffee and floor plans on hand.
The crew has had a productive week on Lot 6. The Heritage plan is fully framed and sheeted, and we expect to start mechanicals next week weather permitting. The optional walkout configuration was not selected on this one, but the buyers did choose the gas fireplace rough-in and the extended primary suite option. Those selections add meaningful space to what is already a generous 1,820 sq ft plan. Target close is October 1st.

Foundation is in the ground on Lot 10. This will be the first Heritage plan with the optional walkout lower level — adding roughly 900 sq ft of finished space below grade, including a large family room and two additional rooms. The buyers have been in close contact with our project coordinator. Finish selections are locked in, including the stone fireplace surround they chose at the design center. Framing begins in three to four weeks.

Huge congrats to Donald and Patty, our newest Diamond View neighbors. They closed on 5870 Diamond View East last week and are officially moved in. Thirty years of Lifestyle homes built for retirees, and every handoff still feels like the first. If you see them around the trails — give them a wave.
Lot 8 went under purchase agreement this week. The buyers — a couple downsizing from a larger home on the other side of Midland — have lived in the area their whole lives and wanted to stay close to family. They chose the Liberty plan for the split bedroom layout and the low-maintenance site condo setup. "We just want to lock the door and travel," they told our sales team. We understand. Projected close is late September.

We broke ground on the 2026 build season at Diamond View Farms in late February with four homes planned this year — two Liberty plans and two Heritage plans across Lots 4, 6, 8, and 10. Lot 4 is already framed and moving fast. The Liberty on Lot 4 is listed and available — a move-in ready option for a buyer who wants to close before fall. Follow along here throughout the year as we post updates from the job site, introduce new families, and document each home from ground to move-in.

The Tallgrass ranch at 789 Kirkwood Circle is taking shape. Walls go up this week, trusses next. Interior finish selections are still open for this home if you'd like to personalize paint, cabinets, or flooring — contact the builder.
We handed over keys to the Peterson family on February 14th — Valentine's Day. They drove up from the Detroit area after a decade of talking about building in Mid-Michigan and finally made it happen. The Liberty plan on Lot 12 was their choice after touring three times over the fall. What sold them was the covered back porch and the tree line to the rear. "It feels like we're in the woods but we're five minutes from everything," said Kim Peterson. Welcome to the neighborhood.

Foundation work on 5721 Apple Ridge Court is complete. This is a Meadows-plan home with the flex room configured as a sunroom — perfect for a morning coffee spot that pulls in eastern light. Framing begins next Monday.
We broke ground this week on Lot 72 at Diamond View Farms — a Haven Place-plan home with a finished 3-car garage. Concrete is scheduled for next week; framing starts mid-February if weather cooperates. Reserve this home before it hits the open market at $474,000.
