"Custom home" means different things to different builders. Here it means you work directly with Joe from the first conversation to the key handoff. There is no project manager in between, no sales coordinator relaying messages. You talk to the person building your home.
Most buyers start with one of our existing floor plans and modify it to fit their lot and lifestyle. Some start from a blank page. Either way, the process is the same: we understand how you live first, then design around that.
We build throughout the Tri-Cities area — Midland, Saginaw, and Bay City — and in the surrounding communities. If you have land, we can build on it. If you need help finding a lot, we have relationships with local land owners and can make introductions.
